This is VERY preliminary.  Give us feedback on the forums or in email.  Please do not plan around this schedule.

Every mid day will be riding.  I want even the rally team to have time to enjoy a ride.  Movies can be shown any night at the pavilion.  Camp fire at the camp grounds most nights.  Pavilion or parking lot gatherings most evenings.

Monday, June 11 – Rally Day 1

  • Opening Day
  • 8-11am:  Information Center, Registration and Merchandise open in Convention Center lobby. (Go to front desk to check in for rooms but go to convention center to check in for the rally.  Convention Center is at the back of the property.)
  • Open and scheduled riding each day.
  • 4-9pm: Information Center, Registration and Merchandise open in convention center lobby.
  • 6-7pm: The Greater Eureka Springs Chamber of Commerce President Mike Bishop welcomes us and teaches us about the area.  (Room: Forest Manner)
  • 7-10pm: General Meet and Greet at the Pavilion. (Pavilion is under the game room.)

Tuesday, June 12 – Rally Day 2

  • 8-11am: Information Center and Registration open.
  • Not sure.  Any Ideas?
  • Open and scheduled riding each day.
  • 4-8pm: Information Center, Registration and Merchandise open
  • 5-6pm :  Newcomers Welcome and Orientation. (Room: Maple/Walnut)
  • 6-7pm:  COG Town Hall Annual Meeting.  (Room: Maple/Walnut)
  • 7-10pm: Murph of Murphkits.com Hosted Ice Cream? Social.   Not serving till 7:45.(Room: Woods/Terrace)

Wednesday, June 13 – Rally Day 3

  • 8-10am: Information Center and Registration open.
  • 8-10am: Women’s Breakfast. (Room: Dogwood/Magnolia)
  • 8-10am:  Tech Session. For C10 (Parking lot)
  • 9am:  Dual Sport Ride, led by Ken Ford.  Meet in front of the convention center at 9am gassed and ready to go.
  • Open and scheduled riding each day.
  • 4-8pm: Information Center, Registration and Merchandise open
  • 4-5pm: Seminar Rider edu. or Safety course. (Room: Maple/Walnut)
  • 5p Bike Show. (parking lot)
  • 6-8pm: Gathering of the Minds, Ask our panel of technical gurus something. (Room: Maple/Walnut)

Thursday, June 14 – Rally Day 4

  • 8-10am: Information Center and Registration open.
  • 8-10am: Tech Session For  C14  (Parking lot)
  • Open and scheduled riding each day.
  • 4-6 pm:  Parking Lot Poker Run.  Come work on skills while donating to OTP.  (Parking lot)
  • 6-7pm: COG Group Photo… IBA members bring bikes and stay for additional photo. ( Far back corner of convention center parking lot.)
  • 7-10 pm: Banquet Dinner, Merchandise table open and Cash Bar. (Room: Forest Manor)

Friday, June 15 – Rally Day 5

  • 8am: Informal meet for breakfast at the restaurant.
  • 8-10am:  Riding Skills Practice Session. (parking lot)
  • Open and scheduled riding each day.
  • 4-8pm: Swim Social at the pool.
  • 6pm: Informal meet for dinner at the restaurant.
  • 8pm: Motorcycle Movie, Game Night and Party at the Pavilion.
  • Rally Official End.

Saturday, June 16 – Departure Day

  • Departure day – thanks for coming.
  • No planned activities
