The "Wild & Wonderful" COG National Rally awaits your arrival in August 2024. Let country roads lead you far away from everything... and a little closer to heaven. West Virginia is known for its scenic mountain beauty, unmatched outdoor recreation opportunities, and the friendliest folks in the country. The state’s rolling mountains, hills, and valleys earned it the nickname of The Mountain State. Ribbons of smooth asphalt wind their way around The Mountain State with plenty of elevation changes and curves for you to enjoy.
Our Rally Headquarter is close to the center of The Mountain State, in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains. There is excellent riding in all directions. When you leave Rally HQ you can be on fantastic riding roads within minutes. There are so many enjoyable roads in the general area, there will be more suggested routes than can be ridden in a week.
This rally celebrates the 35th anniversary of our club. Yes, more "Wild & Wonderful." It all began during Summer 1988 at a Rider Magazine rally in Cody, Wyoming. View our About COG webpage to read about the humble beginnings of COG.

News & Updates5/1/2024 - PHOTO SCAVENGER HUNT: Announcing the 2024 National at Flatwoods Photo Scavenger Hunt. If you’re going to be out riding on some of the finest roads in the nation, you might as well stop for a photo or two between BBQ stops, eh? All you’ll need is a digital camera of some type, a way to download and process a GPX file, an email address and access to that email during the National. If you’ve ever participated in an AMA Grand Tour or the like, you have the experience needed. Photo Scavenger Hunt rules will be available at rally check-in with the Hunt List & GPX file being posted to the 2024 National’s webpage at the start of the rally. Flatwoods Photo Scavenger Hunt finishers will get a nifty “print at home” certificate emailed to them to add to their wall of “Unemployable Accomplishments”. Click here for more details
