Horseshoe Mountain Rendezvous #7 has been rescheduled and will be combined this year with Final Fall Fling #3.  Registration includes 6 meals, a place to camp, soft drinks, morning coffee, and bottled water.  Shower, porta-johns, ice, and an ice chest will also be provided, along with firewood for a nightly fire. 

The event is located in central Arkansas and has easy access to all of Arkansas' best roads.  There will also be plenty of room for trucks & trailers if that is how you travel.  RV's okay also. 

Camping Alternative 
Planning to attend but not interested in camping?  The Hilltop Inn & Suites in Greenbrier, AR is located approximately 7 miles away.  

Food 
We are still working out some of the meal details.  All meals will be prepared and served - no self-service this year.   

There will be three dinners and three breakfasts provided.  Thursday night dinner is undetermined as of right now.  Friday night will be burgers & dogs with all the trimmings.  Saturday night BBQ dinner consisting of pulled pork and BBQ chicken along with the ever popular four-bean recipe borrowed from NCCOG, and Kay Brown's famous slaw.  Sunday morning breakfast will be pre-packaged pastries or similar, due to the number of people that leave early.  

Special Announcement Regarding COVID-19  
This year, some procedural changes will be required to help everyone feel more comfortable and safer while we are all under the threat of COVID-19.  Masks are required in Arkansas, so please bring your own mask/face covering when you are in public places or in close proximity to others. 

To create a safe and enjoyable event for everyone, all participants must agree to the following:

  1. Each person will be responsible for monitoring their own health. If you have a fever, coughing, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, fatigue, and/or body aches before attending the rally, please stay at home.
  2. You will use hand sanitizer and practice hand washing during the event and before every meal.
  3. SOCIAL DISTANCING and MASKS will be required while moving through the serving lines.
  4. The event plans and procedures are fluid and may change based on new requirements.

Registration & Fees 
All registration will be done online, and due to COVID-19, registration will be limited to 40 people this year - so please register early. 

Online registration will close at 11:59 pm on Sunday, October 18, 2020.

  • $45 for COG members
  • $55 for non-members (includes forum only subscribers)

Cancellation & Refund Policy  
Cancellations on or before Sunday, October 18th will be subject to a $10 service fee per registrant.  There will be no refunds on cancellations received after 10/18/2020.  Refunds will be paid by check and sent via USPS after the conclusion of the event.
