Unicoi Lodge is located three miles from Helen, GA. The Lodge has 96 rooms, a restaurant, a tavern, a large common area with seating by a fireplace and a central fire pit outside in the courtyard. There are 29 cabins available as well that are located across the road in the state park. There are four buildings where the rooms are located, three (A, B & C) have a common area with tables, chairs, fireplace and a TV. The state park has a host of activities including Zip Line, Water Sports, Fly Fishing, Archery & Air Gun, Hatchet Throwing, and a beach on the lake.

Lodge Rooms

The 96 Lodge rooms are $125 per night.

The Lodge rooms are in four (A,B,C & D) two-story buildings with no elevator to the second floor. If you have difficulty with stairs, request a ground floor room when making your reservation.

If you are traveling with your dog, only the cabins have dog-friendly accommodations.

Cabins

• 3 One Bedroom Barrel Cabins are $179 per night.
  Loft with one king bed upstairs, living room, dining room, bathroom, balcony, fireplace downstairs, cable TV, no Wi-Fi, no fire pit, and shared parking.
• 12 Two Bedroom Barrel Cabins are $199 per night.
  Upstairs one room with two full-size beds, one room with a king bed; living room, dining room, bathroom, balcony, fireplace downstairs, cable TV, no Wi-Fi, no fire pit and shared parking.
• 4 Three Bedroom Cabins are $209 per night.
  One king bedroom, living room, dining room, bathroom, balcony, fireplace downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs with one queen bed each in the room and a bathroom, cable TV, no Wi-Fi, no fire pit and shared parking.
• 12 Two Bedroom Smith Creek Cabins are $199 per night.
  Two Bedrooms, two bathrooms, ranch style. One room with king bed and another room with two full-size beds, kitchen, fireplace, and dining room. Fire Pit and picnic tables outside with own parking.

All rates for lodge rooms and cabins are subject to state and local taxes. Current taxes are 7% sales and 8% county.
