Riding nice twisty roads.  Several local attractions.  (Mammoth Cave, Corvette Museum, Lost River Cave, Nashville is a little over an hour away).  

Camping
Camping will be at the Singing Hills RV Park & Campground located near Cave City, KY.  We have RV site #39, shower houses and restrooms onsite.  Camping is $5.50 per person per night in group tent camping. 

Food
Meals will be provided Friday and Saturday night.  Breakfast and coffee Friday and Saturday morning, breakfast will be cooked yourself.

Special Announcement Regarding COVID-19

At the time of this posting (May 2021), wide-spread distribution of the vaccines brings hope that life may soon return to (normal?).  However, everything is fluid, so we’re asking everyone to be prepared for possible procedural changes. 

To create a safe and enjoyable event for everyone, we are asking all participants to agree to the following:

1. Each person will be responsible for monitoring their own health.  If you feel sick, or if you've been in close contact with someone who has recently tested positive, please stay home. 
2. Use hand sanitizer and practice hand washing during the event and before every meal.
3. Bring a mask and be prepared to follow local guidelines regarding masks and social distancing.
4. Event plans and procedures may be subject to change based on new requirements.

Registration & Fees 
Registration will be done online through the COG website, and will be $35 for COG members and $45 for non-members.
Online registration will close at 11:59 pm CDT on Tuesday, June 01, 2021.

Cancellation & Refund Policy  
Cancellations will be accepted through June 01, 2021.  Refunds, minus a $10 administration fee, will be paid by check and sent via USPS after the event. 
There will be no refunds for cancellations made after June 01, 2021.
