Connecticut Meet & Greet: Hindsight BBQ, Waterbury, CT

Not just for CT members... come from near or far.

We will meet May 29, 12:30 PM at Hindsight BBQ, a fairly new joint centrally located in Waterbury, CT. For those unfamiliar with the area, it is easy to get to off Route 8. The food is decent - I visited there once last fall and the Prime Brisket Burger special was pretty awesome.  They have plenty of parking and outdoor picnic table seating.

After lunch we will take a 1-hour loop ride and then stop for ice cream at Rich Farm Ice Cream Shop in Oxford, CT. Hopefully the line will not be too long.

Due to the outdoor seating at both locations, the event may be postponed or canceled.
