OK hotel reservations are setup for Oct 8, 9, 10 at Super 8 by Wyndham in Clinton Arkansas. Address is 2008 Hwy 65. Ted and I will probably arrive on Wed or Thursday. I have a block of 12 rooms reserved (more can be added if needed). Prices are $65 for single king/queen and $70 for double queen. Rooms are blocked for COG so be sure to mention COG when making reservations. Hotel number is (501)209-4358. There is a camp ground within 5 minutes of the hotel (see below for more information).

Camping will be available at the Choctaw RV Park in Clinton. Call (501)745-8320 for information and reservations. Loop D is the recommended area of the campground.

Special Announcement Regarding COVID-19 

Please come prepared to follow to follow local guidelines regarding masks and social distancing.  Each person is responsible for monitoring their own health.  If you feel sick, or if you've been in close contact with someone who has recently tested positive, please stay home.

Registration 

There are no registration fees, but once again, we're asking everyone to register online so we have an idea how many will be attending.
