Hancock NH Loop [MA]

We haven’t planned a Sunday ride in quite a while, so save the date. Join Kevin for a scenic ride out through Brookline and Mason NH on several newly re-paved roads.

This ride starts in Groton MA, and heads out into Jaffrey NH, past the Cathedral of the Pines Memorial, with a planned stop at the Hometown Diner on Rte 119 in Ridge NH. After a short break, we’ll head north on US-202 and pick up my favorite southern NH road, Rte 137. We’ll ride 137 North into Hancock NH, then continue riding north on 123, looping back down on Rtes; 9 and 31. The ride ends with lunch at Johnson’s in Groton on Rte 119.
This is a shorter ride than most of my previous rides, only about 130 miles, but sure to be an enjoyable riding day.

Meeting Location:  Ride starts at 8 am from Dunkins, 788 Boston Rd. (Rt-119) Groton, MA.

Lunch Location: Johnson’s Restaurant & Dairy, 164 Boston Rd., (Rt-119) Groton MA.

Estimated Mileage / Time: 129 miles / 4 hrs. (Not including lunch time)

Registration/Fees 

There are no registration fees, but we're asking everyone to register online so we have an idea of how many people to expect.
