This is the registration page for the 2024 COG National Rally, August 12 -16.

Registration Information 
We are going paperless again this year and encourage everyone to register online. 

To receive member pricing, each registrant must be a Member or Associate member of COG and have an online member account. Each person must log in and register separately. Associate member can be added to a Member + Associate account by updating your online member profile.  Membership level may be upgraded in your profile to Member + Associate too.  If assistance is required to change membership level or add an associate member, view the Contact Us page for COG Membership info.

Each registration includes:

  • Rally Pack welcome newsletter

Registration is a complete package, regardless of attendee participation. Registration items may not be purchased separately.

Registration Fees:

Early Registration: January 15 - June 30, 2024 11:59 PM EDT
  Member or Associate Member  $120.00 per person
  Non-Member *  $140.00 per person

Late Registration: July 1 - August 15, 2024
After August 1, available registrations may be limited based on final headcount allowed. Contact Rallymaster or COG Event Coordinator directly for availability before registering.
Registrations received after July 1 may not receive all rally amenities as most rally amenities orders must be placed by this date. 

  Member or Associate Member  $140.00 per person
  Non-Member *  $160.00 per person

* The Non-Member rate applies to Trial Memberships, Industry Vendors, and Guests.

** Early Registration Room Prize Giveaway **

Register for the 2024 National Rally by May 27, 2024 and your name will go into a hat to win one of six room prizes for your rally stay at the hotel during the event week! 

Winner Eligibility: Any COG member (or associate) who registers for the rally by May 27, 2024, and is a member in good standing at the time of rally registration and through end of the rally. The person whose name is pulled must use the room. Room cannot be given to another member. If unused, the room reverts back to COG.

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy
Full refund if cancelled by June 20.  80% refund by check if cancelled between June 21- July 31. No refunds after July 31.

Rally Merchandise

  • All rally merchandise available for purchase separate from registration
  • No rally merchandise will be sold at the event!
  • If you cannot pick up your merchandise at the rally, you must make arrangements to have someone pick it up for you. Merchandise will not be shipped from the rally to you. Unclaimed items found on the morning of August 16th will be forfeited.

When placing your order - choose rally or home delivery:
1. Need to login or register with merchandise vendor e-store site
2. Choose shipping address same as billing
3. The next page will give option to pick up at Rally (free) or ship somewhere at additional cost. 

** All Rally Merchandise must be ordered before July 1 **
