Then go west to ride Tracy Road eastbound before heading north on CR 7C and CR 7 to RT 9N and Rt 73 to Lake Placid. The return ride backtracks a bit to ride Tracy Road the other direction before returning to motel.
  • Lake Placid, Saranac Lake Loop (247mi): Ride north along Lake George, through Ticonderoga to Moriah Center and then west on Tracy Road (CR 6) before heading north and east to Lake Placid. Continue toward and around Saranac Lake. Return by heading south and east to ride RT 9N back to the motel.
  • Lake Sacandaga Short Loop (139mi): South through town and then head west through Lake Luzerne and around the north side of Great Sacandaga Lake. Head northeast to Hague and ride south along Lake George back to motel.

Take the ferry to Ticonderoga and then head south along Lake George back to the motel.
  • Wild Center Loop (262mi): Note: There two versions of this loop posted. The original using RT 28N had to be modified when the heavy rains flooded and damage a section of RT 28N near Long Lake.
Ride north along Lake George to Hague. Head west to Wevertown, Blue Mountain Lake, Long Lake, Tupper Lake, Upper Saranac Lake,  Lake Clear, and Saranac Lake. There is a lunch option at Tail O' The Pup BBQ in Ray Brook, well known for lobster Clambake and BBQ. Continue the ride toward Severance and Ticonderoga before heading south back to the motel. If road conditions improve, consider the original loop that is the same except from Wevertown, head north to Minerva, Newcomb, and then Long Lake.
