28th Annual Volcano Run

Join us as Charlie Gary takes us on the 28th annual Volcano Ride on August 9th, 2025. We’ll meet at 8:30 am for breakfast at the Little Crane Café in Vader, WA 98593. Show up with a full gas tank and empty stomach. The plan is to depart the café at 9:30 am for a ride up to the Coldwater Ridge Visitor Center.

From the Coldwater Ridge Visitor Center, we will go back down WA 504 to Tower Road, which provides a nice detour around the town of Toutle and tourist traffic. We’ll have a gas stop at the Shell station at 1204 Spirit Lake Hwy, Castle Rock, WA 98611 before getting back on 504 for the short ride to El Compadre Restaurant, 1289 Mt St Helens Way NE, Castle Rock, WA 98611 for lunch.

The ride route after lunch is still under construction, but we'll figure out something fun and scenic.

There are no registration fees, but we're asking everyone to register online so we have an idea of how many people to expect.
