Horseshoe Mountain Rendezvous #11 [AR]

Please mark your calendar and plan to attend Horseshoe Mountain Rendezvous #11, a camping event on private property in Central Arkansas.

Note: Wednesday arrivals are okay, but no meal will be provided Wednesday night.  

Camping 
Plenty of camping area, a shower, and porta-johns are provided. For the women, there will be access to a full bathroom in the house, if preferred. There is a large building for meals and hanging out. 

All trucks, trailers, and RV's stop in the driveway and find me before parking. 

Lodging
For the non-campers, it is about a 15-mile drive to Conway, AR, where there are several hotels to choose from at the I-40 highway 65 junction. 

Food
This is a four-day, all-inclusive event, including three dinners and three breakfasts. Thursday dinner to be decided. Friday dinner will be burgers and dogs with all the trimmings. Saturday dinner will be pulled pork, grilled chicken, beans, and slaw. There will also be nightly desserts. Breakfast cooked to order Friday and Saturday, with a choice of omelets, burritos, and/or biscuits and gravy. Sunday breakfast will be grab & go. Water, soft drinks, coffee, ice, and ice chests are also provided. 

Volunteers
Will be requested for meal preparation. 

Registration/Fees 

Registration for this event will be done online only. This year, registrations will be limited to the first 40. This is a soft cap and may be increased to 50, so if you are not one of the first 40, please add your name to the waitlist (via the registration page). Once registration closes, the location of the event will be emailed to all registrants. 

Registration deadline is 11:59 pm (CDT) Friday, April 16th.
